Some time ago, I stumbled upon images of Russian chicks with giant silicone lips.  Take a look!

Now lets take a look at Nadya Suleman's lips!

Pay special attention to the wings at the outside corners of the lips...

because they look like the lips of someone VERY well-known for being honest about her silicone lip injections in her top lip...
